From the agency that cooperated with Obama in shutting down parks to punish citizens, this

Here's to you, America

Here’s to you, America

Park Service cracking down on souvenir hunters in newly-exposed lake beds. The drought in the west has caused reservoirs to recede and old mining camps and such not are resurfacing. Naturally, the Park Service is forbidding anyone to remove artifacts. It was the federal government itself that dammed up these rivers, made these reservoirs and flooded towns, waterfalls and Indian ruins hundreds of feet under water. So who’s the vandal here?

Humbug.

  1. seems odd that Teddy Roosevelt’s birthday is not a fee free day for the National Park system:

OT, but the MSM is getting out of control in their demonization of legal, state approved handgun carry license holders. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/01/24/newspaper-chain-seeks-to-build-state-by-state-concealed-weapon-databases/

  3. So let’s watch the bouncing ball: Republican governor Christie’s staff shuts down 3 lanes on a bridge for 5 days, inconveniencing people for political advantage. The media treats this as THE issue, and keeps it before everyone.

During the brief government shutdown, President Obama’s staff at the parks service shuts down visits to certain Washington-area monuments, inconveniencing people for political advantage. The media doesn’t notice, and the issue is ignored.

Your media is busted, example #864,039.

It’s been busted for decades. It’s only in the last 5 years that the media hasn’t made any effort to conceal that truth.

Especially considering we, the taxpayers, are the owners. These big government types tend to gloss over that aspect of it.

Also, they can’t have any sort of discoveries that contradict the nice timeline of contrived history they’ve made for us.
