I thought it read, “Cos Cob Mob Neighborhood Meeting”

Tony, you get south Riverside, Mario gets Havemeyer

Turns out, the headline is Cos Cobbers mob meeting.

If there’s a difference. Either way, your annual fees for snowplowing and garbage pickup have now been set.

I expect a full report from our embedded commenter. (Which was NOT provided by the GT, btw.)

Wow what a laundry list of concerns. It’s longer than Chicken Joe’s menu.

When I moved to Greenwich, I was surprised that I had no choice in garbage removal. It appeared that the five families (Santaguida, Finnochio, Genovese, Luchino, Dellabate) had carved up Greenwich into territories and each owned that territory. I payed $50/month for trash removal 2x per week. The Town took care of recyclables. Then the Town decides to get out of the recyclable collection business and turns it over to the five families. The five families then replace 1 day of garbage collection with the recyclable collection. My costs remain the same, but I’m sure the Town is paying the five families for the recyclable pick up.

Am I missing something? If I were to hire an outsider to pick up my garbage, can I expect to swim with the fishes?
