New pill to help alcoholics curb their addiction. The trouble as I see it is that the drug works by depriving alcoholics of the pleasure of drinking, and where’s the fun in that? The active drunks I know would only be interested in a pill that let them get shit-faced without getting ill or in trouble, and this isn’t that.
