Is Zillow correct and montgomery seller lost over 1Mil? How can that happen? Did they overpay to begin with? I would be very mad at an agent who had me pay that much for that home!
The tax card reflects a 1999 purchase price of $3 million +, but that must be either an error or, perhaps, a separate lot was split off. No one, I don’t think, would have paid $3 for this in 1999.
The Loughlin Ave house has great curb appeal.
