Oregon: House stolen right off its foundation.

A 1,200 square foot Oregon home disappeared from its foundation, and no one has any idea where it is.

Klamath County Sheriff Frank Skrah confirmed the incident at a press conference on Tuesday. So far, there do not seem to be any leads as to the house’s location or how it seemingly vanished overnight.

“We had a complete home stolen. This isn’t a motor home, this isn’t a mobile home and this is a ‘home,'” Skrah said, according to local NBC affiliate KOBI.

Though location is normally very important, this must have been a very valuable property.

Probably taken by someone from Cooperstown, NY.

I love that the reporter confirmed the homeowner was not in the house when it was stolen. 🙂

OT, what’s going to happen to FWIW now that Øbummer passed NetNeutrality? Feds going to come knocking? The bill sounds anti-capitalism to me. Sounds big brother scary too.

Will it ever be solved? Doubt it. The cops aren’t interested in solving crimes: they’re much too busy beating the crap out of people just for the fun of it.

“. . . The resulting video survived because the phone was in a shock proof hard case. It gives a chilling impression of what it is like to be stomped on by a thuggish police state storm trooper.

Donovan was arrested for “disorderly conduct” and “riot, failure to disperse,” spending up to six hours in jail without being allowed to wash the pepper spray out of his eyes.

However, the charges were dropped after it emerged that the video had survived. He was also suspended from the university because of the incident, but successfully appealed against the suspension, using the footage as evidence.

It also emerged that Officer Arocho lied in the police report, claiming that Donovan was pepper sprayed “as he began to close the distance between himself and the officers.” The video footage clearly shows no such thing occurred.

The lawsuit argues the following points: . . .”

It was an older couple who had a few too many last night- when they woke up this morning, they remembered where they put it.

Didn’t you see the spaceship beaming up the house?
