Video has emerged of a four-year-old blowing into a breathalyzer device as his mother talked to police investigating reports that the woman had left her toddlers in a SUV to go to a Florida bar.
April King, 35, has been charged with child neglect after police saw the young boy outside Froggers Bar and Grill in Apopka trying to work the contraption meant to prevent those with alcohol problems from driving drunk.
‘It looked pretty obvious that he knew what he was doing,’ the responding officer said.
The mother was said to be slurring her speech and unsteady on her feet after allegedly leaving her son and two-year-old daughter in a running Ford Escape for twenty minutes on Sunday around 1pm.

The mother later admitted that she went inside the bar, but said she only placed a to-go order.
