11 Circle Drive
11 Circle Drive, asking $1,997,500, also reports a contract – I don’t recall ever saying anything nice about this house or its location.

Someone should be reprimanded; no shot this house is 5k sq ft. I’m just saying it’s unethical. Some people will do anything to make a buck…
I guess warm weather has brought out the buyers. This 2007 home still has decent curb appeal 9 years later.
Elsewhere this 2007 prefab sold for 1.575 back in the day hit the market this afternoon. They will probably get 1.8ish all things considered.
It seems the 1.6 to 2.2 market has all the action.
I generally won’t bash prefab but which company did this one?
The agent for circle always inflates square footage. She counts basements, porches, you name it.
Hell, she’s been known to count the trunk space in her Mercedes.
Why do you not have anything nice about this house or its location? Its a good looking house, in great condition, on a quiet street, and close to the train station. What’s not to like?
“Its a good looking house”
I guess thats what makes a horse race, because i think that facade is downright ugly.
The exterior is fine. Way better than vinyl which is not unheard of at this price point. Nothing to be ashamed of here…nothing at all.
The challenge for this home has been proximity to both Indian Field Road (visible in the winter from the back yard) and highway noise. Many homes on this loop have managed to sell at this price point, which already reflects a noise discount vs other parts of town. Not sure why it has taken this one longer. Now seems to be the time, as the product on the market is thin and the seller seems to be willing to capitulate on pricing.
