Two new listings of note (IMHO), 5 Osceola is a charming old home with great back yard in Greenwich/Cos Cob Loughlin Park area for $2MM and a 1.2 acre building lot on Apple Tree Lane in Riverside (N. Mianus) for 850k. I would expect the Apple Tree Lane lot to be under contract by 4pm today.

Compared to 524 North, this looks ‘Less’ dated. As always, less is more even when size and age are far apart
But plowing that access driveway may require that you put in an extra large freezer. Looks like a great summer place, not so attractive in winter.
Maybe less ‘dated’ in some respects, but, and it could be the photography, seems more spacious and user friendly.
Kitchen needs updating.
The ability to distinguish between “needs” and “wants” was once considered a hallmark of wisdom and maturity.
To sell at this PP, it needs it. Its very small.
