Out of the country or out of the office; I’ll take either one

And he still has time to check his bracket picks

Obama relaxes from his exhausting bend-over tour of latin American dictatorships by playing golf.

President Obama, fresh from his whirlwind spring break trip to Cuba and Argentina, hit the links for some R&R Saturday, playing his 281st round since becoming president. He was at Andrews for over five hours.

That is slightly more than three quarters of a year of days playing the presidential sport for Obama. The president typically plays for at least four hours, sometimes longer, putting his time at over 1,100 hours golfing, or at least 46 full 24-hour days.

Had he been a Republican, the media would have blasted him about the amount of time he spent playing this elitist game.

Castro’s response to Obummer’s trip “We don’t want any presents from the empire” was predicted by anyone that had common sense . Trip just didn’t turn out like you though right? If Castro was just a golfer right?

I don’t see how any American can’t be embarrassed by the naive and ineffectual performance of our president during this whole fiasco of a trip and its aftermath. I’m not much of a politician but it isn’t hard to figure out what ground rules need to be established in the negotiations prior to doing the dog and pony show.

100% correct. The field trip to Cuba was pathetic. I understand trying something new with Cuba, but we should have sent John Kerry’s assistant to the secretary instead.

I’m still waiting for FF to name a President in the last 50 years that has made an official state visit to shake the hands of a murderer (the Castro’s have pulled the triggers themselves). Yes, Nixon and Mao, but after that, what do you have?

You know Obama would play golf with O.J. if he could. Especially if O.J. was short for Omar Jaleed.
