Well no it hasn’t, actually, but judging from the current crop of houses being re-listed at higher prices than they failed to sell for two years ago, owners and their agents seem to think so. Addled fools.

Maybe the market is dead and the world is going to end today, but I hope at least the latter doesn’t happen so we can party when your Blog Stats hits 6 million. Do you know how incredible that is? Congratulations.
You should have a Ticker Watch, a countdown so to speak. And the person who is the 6 millionth hit gets something, I don’t know what yet, but something. Something good. Not something like a coupon for an hour of Free Chris Love. But something like drinks on you at the Taco Truck in Stamford.
